Wreaths usually are tied directly to the bottom of the box. I take pride in my wreaths and they are like part of my family. Please keep wreath out of harsh natural elements such as wind, rain, snow, and direct sun. Sheltered covered areas are best for outdoor wreaths. Wreaths can also be used as part of your inside homes decor. I do accept custom orders. I do not accept returns or exchanges however each order will be diagnosed case by case if something harmful happens to the wreath during shipping.
Only approved returns are accepted. If return is my mistake a full refund will be issued.
APO/Military Bases/Outlying areas/Territories/Alaska & Hawaii may occur additional shipping charges not stated on shipping. You will be contacted directly to pay the additional shipping or cancel shipment.
48 hour notice - Buyer must contact seller if wreath or products are damaged in shipping within 48 hours. Box needs to be kept for photos for insurance purposes. Please reach out to me if product was damaged immediately. After 48 hours after delivery of order you accept the damages in full. However, each case may be reviewed at that time for damages after 48 hours. Please make sure that you are home to accept delivery times when ordering large items. Thank you.

Wholesale availability
At this time I do not sell wholesale. Wreaths are priced exceptionally well for the quality they are. .
custom orders
Custom Orders may take 2-4 weeks and may have additional charges to outsource your personal supplies requested. Deposits are required before a custom piece is started.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are 50% down/balance due on completion of wreath including shipping. Deposit is non refundable. Custom orders can take up to two weeks to complete plus additional shipping time-frames. Designer agrees with customer to use the same style as shown; however embellishments and ribbons may need to be replaced or somewhat similar due to availability. Designer will try to conform to the exact specs as shown and also will communicate this to the buyer through the Etsy website.

Orders Shipped within the U.S.
For order shipping to HI, AK, PR, APO, and FPO's additional shipping fees may apply if an order has to ship in a large box which becomes a dimensional weight. Please contact me directly for a shipping quote. APO and FPO orders will ship via USPS Parcel Select which typically take 30 days to arrive once the package ships.
Depending on the size of your order all packages are either shipped via USPS or FedEx (larger boxes). Once your items are shipped, Ritzy Glitzy Wreaths is not responsible for any delays.
